We
are in collaboration with the world’s best inkjet inks

They
don’t guarantee their quality. Very substandard ink quality
used.

The

Our

Most
pigment inks used by regular refillers are not.

|
No. of times your cartridges can be refilled
|
Using
PICA refilling, you increase the printing life of your cartridge;
hence a cartridge can be safely refilled up to 7-8 times.
|
The
refilling method and inks used by regular refillers tend to block
the nozzles of the cartridge not allowing free flow of ink.
|
|
Ink Quantity
|
We
guarantee exact quantity of ink that a new cartridge contains. In
some cartridges we fill more ink due to its high capacity.
|
Sometimes
Ink quantity is not the same. Therefore your cartridge can finish
much faster.
|
|
Test & quality check Report
|
After
your cartridge is refilled, we make a test printout, which is sent
along with your cartridge. Only if the quality is as good as new
we charge you for it, if you are not satisfied consider it free!

No
detailed quality checks or reports are prepared by them. They only
concentrate on refilling your cartridge at the lowest price
possible.

PICA Professional Laser-Toner Rebuilding Service:
Laser cartridges are more complicated than inkjet
cartridges as they contain many inner parts. All these parts have a
certain life span and cannot be used over and over again. Some of the
main parts of toner cartridges are the OPC drums, Wiper & Doctor
blades, Mag rollers etc.
After the toner in the cartridge gets over the life span
of these parts reduces as well. Hence just filling toner powder in
your laser cartridge cannot guarantee complete functioning as the
cartridge can suffer from something known as a ‘mid-cycle
failure’ where any of the cartridge parts can stop working.
This results in poor quality of printouts and reduces the life of the
cartridge.
At
PICA we don’t just refill your laser toner cartridge but
“rebuild” it. When you cartridges are brought to our
factory the main part of the cartridge called as the “OPC drum”
is changed and an absolutely new drum is fitted. Other parts are
checked and changed accordingly. We use excellent quality Japanese
toner powder to reproduce original like quality at huge savings.

Regular Refillers/Rebuilders
|
Whats offered
|
Our
service is very unique in its nature
as we
offer a complete rebuilding service by getting rid of all the old
worn out parts and changing them with brand new ones. This makes
the cartridge work as good
as new.!
|
Parts are not changed by most of
them. They only offer a refilling service and since none of the
parts are changed, it makes their service cheaper but definitely
NOT RELIABLE.
|
|
Reliability & Mid - cycle failure
|
Laser printers are very expensive
and most customers fear that using a rebuilt/recycled cartridge
will damage the printer. As our service entails changing the parts
this risk is avoided and you can peacefully use your cartridge,
which will give original like quality without stopping in the
middle.
|
All the parts inside the cartridge
have a certain life and get worn out after sometime. These parts
are not changed in your cartridges by the regular refillers, which
results in mid-cycle failures. I.e. cartridge stops printing at
any point.
|
Guarantee and printer safe
|
Our products come with a complete
guarantee on quality, product functioning and output.
|
Most of the refillers will not offer
any kind of guarantee. Also the quality of toner used is very
substandard which can damage your printer.
|
|
Savings and Environment friendly
|
By rebuilding your cartridge not
only do you save a lot of money (up to 70%) but you also do your
bit for your environment by not throwing plastic.
|
The refilling offered maybe cheap,
but there are no guarantees on any issues making your printer
susceptible to damages costing you a lot more in the long run!
|
|
Quality checks/reports
|
You will only be charged if your
cartridges pass our strict quality measures. A test report is
given along with every cartridge to ensure its working.

No such quality parameters/standards

FAQ’s
Does
the use of recycled inkjet cartridges void the warranty on my
printing device?
In
a Warranty Statement dated December 1993, Hewlett Packard clarified
its position on warranties. "For HP Products, the use of a
non-HP cartridge or a refilled print cartridge does not effect either
the warranty to the customer or any HP support contract with the
customer"
How
many pages will my refilled/rebuilt cartridge print?
The
amount of ink in a cartridge along with other printing factors
determines how many pages a cartridge will print. Each OEM cartridge
comes with a specific amount of ink when new - that's the same amount
of ink we use when we recycle. Our cartridges are carefully weighed
to be sure they meet these weight specifications.
Why
should I refill my cartridge?
Over
250 million ink-jet cartridges are thrown away each year. Instead of
tossing away your empty cartridges, have them refilled, or refill
them with our easy to use kit. Using our products and services, you
save millions of cartridges each year from going into landfills.
Refilling SAVES you money!
Will I get the same printing with a refill?
We
guarantee it! Our inks are formulated to deliver exceptional print
performance and consistency.
How
many times can I refill my cartridge?
Although
the amount of times a cartridge can be refilled varies from cartridge
to cartridge, there are a couple of things that can be done to extend
the life of your cartridge. As soon as you get a "low ink
warning" or you notice any change in the quality of your print,
stop printing immediately. Remove the cartridge from the printer,
(Note: some printers, ie: Epson printers, tend to develop streaking
and clogging quickly if the carriage is left with no cartridges in
it. So consult the location nearest you to see if your printer
requires a second set of cartridges prior to bringing in your set for
refilling.) Store the cartridge in a zip-top bag with a moist
(damp-not wet) piece of paper towel on the side of the cartridge,
near but not on the print head or ports. Use a plastic band on the
outside of the bag to secure the paper tower in place ensuring the
elastic does not run across the cartridge's copper circuitry. This
will prevent the ink from drying in the print head and keep the
sponges from drying inside the cartridge. Using these methods, some
cartridges can be refilled from 5 to 10 times.
How
much money will I save by refilling?
On
average, refilling will save you up to 60% off the price of a new
cartridge
Does
refilling void my warranty?
By
law, your warranty will not be void by using refills. For more
information, consult your printer's Owners Manual. There is no reason
for not using refills. It is cost effective and it works! All our
cartridges meet or exceed the performance of original cartridges. It
doesn't affect it at all. If a problem with the printer should occur,
the printer manufacturer must prove that the refilled cartridge
caused the damage.
Lipap
Systems has been in business for over 15 years and has successfully
refilled millions of cartridges. Our experienced technicians use our
processes that are fine-tuned and updated regularly. We ensure
compatibility by using over 100 cartridge specific inks. Go with
experience and use the service that works.
To
affect the warranty, the damage must be caused by the cartridge. In
case of a refill, the customer is putting the manufacturers cartridge
back in the machine. How can the manufacturers cartridge damage the
printer? We are not replacing it with one we manufacturer. If the
cartridge is refilled incorrectly or if the refill technician uses
ink that is not compatible to the printer, it may cause some leakage
and the customer will have to clean it up.
Here are some
examples of printer warranties from some of the major printer
manufacturers:
HEWLETT
PACKARD POLICY
"The
use of a non-HP or refilled toner cartridge alone does not affect
either your warranty or any maintenance contract you may have with
your printer. However, if an HP LaserJet printer failure or damage is
found to be attributable directly to the use of a non-HP toner
cartridge, HP will not repair the printer free of charge. In this
case, standard time and materials charges will be applied to service
your printer for that particular failure or damage."
XEROX
POLICY
For
non-copy cartridge Xerox equipment, the warranty on the equipment
will not be void if competitive toner or inks are used. If Xerox
determines, however, that such competitive inks or toners are the
cause of the equipment malfunction, the customer will be responsible
to pay for the service costs including replacement parts.
CANON
POLICY
Ink
Refills, Third Party Ink
Canon
does not prohibit the use of the third-party inks. The use of
third-party inks does not invalidate the product's Limited Warranty.
However, Canon's Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused to
Canon's Bubble Jet products, which is attributable to the use of
third party parts or supplies, including inks. The Limited Warranty
remains in force for its life once that particular damage has been
properly repaired.
